	For the mixture : 200 g butter 75 g marzipan 125 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar 1 pack zest of 1 lemon pinch of salt 5 eggs 250 g flour 1 level teaspoon backing powder 75 g sultanas 30 g chopped almonds 30 g candied lemon peel 40 g candied orange peel For dusting: caster sugar

Prepare the mix with the ingredients shown above. Fill the springform (grease the bottom) with the mix, smooth out. Electric oven: approx. 180°C (pre-heated) Gas mark: 3-4 (not pre-heated) Baking time: about 60 minutes Remove the cake from the springform, leave to cool on a wire rack and dust with caster sugar.
