| Ingredients: 4 slices of bread for toasting 1 medium sized apple (125 g), e.g. Boskop 2 tomatoes salt, pepper, grated oregano 250 g mozzarella cheese |

| Preparation: Toast the slices of bread until they are a golden brown colour, allow to cool and leave them on the grid. Peel the apple, cut into quarters, remove core, cut into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices. Top the toast with some slices of mozzarella, then with apples and tomatoes, in that order. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and cover with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Place the tin on the grid in the oven. Upper/lower heat: approximately 200° C (preheated, middle
